Get Involved In WA's Biggest Community Sporting Event!
The Chevron City to Surf for Activ relies on the tireless support of over 1,100 volunteers. Each year organisers require hard working, exceptional people to help make the Chevron City to Surf for Activ even more enjoyable for everyone involved.
Running may not be your thing but you can still take part in all of the action by registering to become a volunteer for this year's event.
How to register...
To register as a volunteer for the 2013 Chevron City to Surf for Activ, please create a volunteer profile using the new online volunteer registration system and sign up by following the steps below:
1. Click here to go to the volunteer registration website
2. Create a new profile
3. Click on the link in your confirmation email
4. Log back in and select the Chevron City to Surf for Activ event
5. Choose your shift
6. Mark it on your calendar!
*If you would like to volunteer as a group each member will need to create an individual profile and enter in the appropriate group name. This will allow us to have all members’ important details and correspond with the group as a whole.
Once you've signed up we will send you further information and updates as the event draws closer.
Playing your part...
Volunteer roles will be matched to your skills, knowledge and preference, so you will be filling a vital role that you ENJOY! This year we need over 1,100 volunteers on event day, Sunday 25th August, 2013, to assist in the following areas:
• Start-Line and Finish-Line
• Clothing Service
• Course Marshals
• Drink & Refreshment Stations
Alternatively, if you're unable to volunteer on Event Day, we have plenty of other opportunities for you to get involved in, including:
• Pre Event Packing
• Chevron City to Surf for Activ Expo
All volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt, cap, volunteers pack and a volunteer certificate for their involvement and hard work.
