Expo

The Chevron City to Surf for Activ Expo takes place at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th August 2013 and is the first step in your journey from the city to the beach. There is so much to do and see at the Expo and it is free for everyone not just Chevron City to Surf for Activ participants

Opening times are:

Friday 23rd August 08:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday 24th August 08:00am - 5:00pm

All participants must visit the Expo to collect their race bibs, unless they nominated to have their race bib mailed to them. You can register in person at the Expo until 5pm on Saturday 24th August.

The Expo is an opportunity for participants to access important Race Day information such as how the Clothing Service works, the ‘Flick Your Kit’ initiative as well as helpful transport information.

Race Bib Collection

Each participant must present their E-ticket (registration confirmation) to collect their race bib.

If you have misplaced your E-ticket or you forget to bring it you must have valid ID and we’ll be able to assist you at the Help Desk to be sure you get what you need for race day.

If you are picking up a race bib on behalf of a friend or family member you will require a copy of their E-ticket or this will not be issued to you.

Register in Person

If you would like to register for the event in person, come down to the Expo and sign up for any distance.

Great Bargains

The Expo is a great opportunity to pick up a bargain from one of our Event Partners. As well as Rebel Sport selling official merchandise, there will be more exclusive specials from event sponsors and exhibitors. Keep a look out for who will be exhibiting this year.

 Clothing Service Drop Off

The 2013 clothing service requires all 4km and 12km participants to drop off their IGA clothing service bag with their bib number attached to the drop off point at the Expo. These will then be delivered to the finish line for collection once you finish the race. This also applies to anyone who is lucky enough to be hosted in a corporate marquee.

Should 12km and 4km participants wish to avail of the Clothing Service, you MUST drop your IGA Clothing Bag with your Bag Tag attached at the Event Expo on Friday or Saturday.
