Major freeway closures will be in place on Sunday 18th March 2012 between 5am - 10.30am. All southbound lanes will be closed during this time.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The cost of public transport is included in your registration fee.
Getting There:
Given the freeway closures, we recommend Jetts Fitness Mid Hike and Mini Hike participants drive to their start location - all of which are located at train stations.
Full Hike participants can now catch a special event train from Esplanade Station only. Four six-car A-series trains will depart Esplanade Station from 4.30am and travel express to Mandurah. Capacity is limited so participants are asked to be at the station by 4.20am, to start boarding services at 4.25am.
City of Perth carparks are open 24 hours per day.
Getting Home:
Catch one of the special event trains from Esplanade train station.
Special event trains will only stop at the following stations:
Mandurah Line: Bull Creek, Kwinana, Rockingham. From Rockingham participants will be able to catch a regular timetabled service to Mandurah (with limited space for bikes).
Joondalup Line: Stirling, Currambine, Clarkson
Participants are encouraged to use special event services, which travel express to the stations above. Should a regular timetabled service be full, a person with a bike may be asked to disembark the carriage or be refused entry.
Transperth will take no responsibility for damage to bicycles incurred on the train or at train stations.
