Team FAQ

When do team entries close?

Team entries close at 12pm Friday 16th March 2012. All team members must be paid for by this time.

How many people make up a team?

There is no minimum or maximum number of team members.

Can we enter a team if we are all participating in different Hikes?

Yes. The registration system will allow each team member to select their Hike regardless of other team members.

How do I enter a team?

Simply click the "Register Here" button on our website and follow the prompts to create your team.

What payment options are available?

There are two payment options. Select your team payment option when creating your team:

1. Payment by team captain - the team captain pays for all entries

2. Payment by entrant - each team member pays for their own entry at the time of registration.

When you're ready to pay, please visit the registration and click "Team Captain Log In". Follow the prompts to make payment.

How do I create a team?

Please click "Register Here" then click "Create a Team". Follow the simple prompts to create your team.

How do I pay for the team?

Log in as team captain then select "invoices" on the left hand side.

From here you will be able to generate and view the team invoice then make payment (the payment link can be found on the invoice).
